Alexia Eslan, MBA in Health Administration, has over fifteen years of experience working in the public and private health arenas. She has extensive expertise with project management, social marketing, practice transformation, research and evaluation, providing technical assistance and training, facilitation, program adaptation and implementation with diverse communities, as well as multi-lingual and multi-cultural expertise. Ms. Eslan currently works as a senior consultant for John Snow, Inc (JSI), directing projects throughout the United States at federal, state, and local levels; and as Vice President of African Strategies for Advancing Pathology (ASAP) focusing on increasing and improving access to diagnostic pathology and laboratory services in sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to ASAP and JSI, Ms. Eslan served as Regional Operations Manager at Kaiser Permanente. In this role, she developed strategic marketing plans for practices and implemented new programs and processes within operations in the entire Colorado region utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology. This experience has enhanced Ms. Eslan’s ability to apply proven improvement models to programmatic objectives while also managing the key tasks required to create outstanding outcomes.
